No. Rent covers three meals a day, laundry (10 washing machines), 1 Gbps internet, daily housekeeping, power backup, hot water, the gym, theatre, gaming lounge and all common areas. There are no subscriptions, add-ons or daily charges. The only other payments are the one-time advance at booking and a ₹2,500 maintenance charge when you vacate.

A one-time advance of ₹5,000 (single, two and three share) or ₹4,000 (four to seven share). There is no separate monthly security deposit. Token, advance and rent are non-refundable once paid.

The first month’s rent is paid on the date of joining. After that, rent is due by the 5th of every month; late payment attracts ₹200 per day.

Yes. There is a shared self-cooking area with microwaves, induction cooktops and utensils, plus refrigerators on every floor. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen, and you clean up after use. High-power appliances are not allowed inside rooms.

Breakfast 8:00–10:00 AM, lunch 1:00–2:30 PM and dinner 8:00–10:00 PM, served in the dining hall. The weekly menu rotates and includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Every meal is cooked with RO-purified water, and RO drinking water is on every floor.
