Smoking & alcohol are strictly prohibited inside rooms — a designated smoking point is provided.
No drugs, gambling, ragging or harassment; legal action will be taken if violated.
Silence hours: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM. No loud music, noise or calls.
Misbehaviour or repeated disturbances may result in eviction.
Common areas & appliances
Common-area furniture and appliances must not be moved to rooms; use microwave, kettle, TV and iron only in designated areas.
Damage or misuse of common property = full recovery cost.
Not allowed in rooms: iron box, induction stove, kettle, rice cooker, heater, table fan, refrigerator. Penalty: ₹2000/month per item + confiscation.
PG-provided appliances (washing machine, induction, microwave, iron) must be used responsibly.
Food & dining
Meals are served and eaten only in the dining hall.
Taking food into rooms = ₹500 fine.
Clean utensils after use and return them to the dining / kitchen area. Please don’t waste food.
Laundry
Max load per wash: 7 kg. Clothes only — no footwear or bags.
Remove clothes right after the wash; after 20 minutes others may move them.
Damage due to misuse = penalty + repair cost.
Security, keys & internet
CCTV is active 24×7. Obstructing / tampering = ₹2000 fine + eviction.
Weapons, hazardous materials and illegal substances are banned. Keep valuables locked — management is not responsible for theft.
Lost key replacement = ₹500. Keys must be returned at checkout.
Wi-Fi is under a Fair Usage Policy. Pornography, piracy, torrenting, hacking and fake accounts are prohibited.
Housekeeping, parcels & health
Housekeeping will access rooms for routine cleaning and pest control. Littering = ₹500 fine.
Staff cannot be asked for personal chores.
Management is not responsible for couriers / parcels — please collect them directly.
Report any contagious illness immediately. Follow staff instructions in emergencies.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 15 days before check-in → 50% refund.
Cancellation within 15 days → no refund. No-show on check-in date → no refund.
Arriving more than 2 days after the check-in date → the full month’s rent is still payable.
Refunds go back via the same payment method.
General
Pets are not allowed. No political / religious gatherings on the premises.
Management may inspect rooms without prior notice and shift residents in emergencies.

Is food included? What is on the menu?
Yes, three meals a day are included. The menu rotates weekly: idli, dosa, puri or poha for breakfast; rice meals with sambar, rasam and vegetables; phulka and curries for dinner; biryani with chicken or paneer twice a week. Every meal is cooked with RO-purified water.
What is included with each bed?
An 8-inch premium mattress, bed sheet and pillow cover, pillow, wooden storage bed with footwear storage, large wooden cupboard, non-slip floor mat, plug point near the bed, bed table, mosquito net and curtain. Two and three share rooms also have a shared office chair with a foldable computer table.
When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on or before the 5th of every month by cash, UPI or bank transfer. Late payment attracts ₹200 per day.
How does the security deposit work?
The deposit is not adjustable against rent. It is refunded within 24 hours of check-out after a room inspection, once all dues are cleared. The booking token is non-refundable.
What is the notice period?
30 days’ written notice by WhatsApp, the app or email. Leaving without notice attracts one month’s rent.
Can guests stay over?
Only with prior approval from management and roommate consent. Guest charges are ₹500 per day with or without food.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 15 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days and no-shows are non-refundable.
How do I get to EGL and Domlur?
EGL is about 5 minutes away by bike or auto; Domlur is roughly 3 km. Koramangala’s 100 Ft Road is an 8–10 minute walk.
Is there parking and power backup?
Yes — closed bike parking on the ground floor, inside the premises, and a generator for power backup.
Can I cook my own food in Ejipura?
Yes. There is a shared self-cooking area and shared refrigerators, on top of the three meals a day included in the rent. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen area, never in rooms.
