Who we are

Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living PG ("Vaikuntum", "we", "us") runs managed paying-guest and co-living accommodation in Bengaluru: Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living in Bommanahalli, Vaikuntum Elite Gents Stay in Ejipura and Sai Ram PG in Koramangala 8th Block. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, WhatsApp, phone calls and the resident app, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you send us. When you message or call a branch, or use the bed-finder form, we receive your name, phone number, preferred branch, sharing type and move-in date, plus anything else you choose to tell us. The form on this site opens a prefilled WhatsApp message; nothing is stored on our server until you send it.
  • Booking and check-in records. To book a bed we ask for a government photo ID, your permanent address, an emergency contact and, where the law or local police verification requires it, a passport-size photo and employer or college details.
  • Payments. Rent and the one-time advance are paid by UPI, bank transfer or cash. We record the amount, date and reference; we never store card numbers.
  • Resident app data. If you use the resident app at app.vaikuntum.in, we keep your room, rent ledger, requests, complaints and food feedback for as long as you stay with us.
  • Website usage. Like most websites we use cookies and similar tags from Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) to measure which pages are visited and whether an advert led to an enquiry. These collect your IP address, device type, pages viewed and approximate location.

How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry, show availability, hold a bed and complete your booking.
  • To run your stay: rent reminders, maintenance requests, notices and food feedback.
  • To meet legal duties, including tenant and visitor verification asked for by the local police, accounting and tax records.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and this website. We only send marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who may process it on our behalf: WhatsApp and Meta for messaging and advertising measurement, Google for advertising and analytics, Amazon Web Services for hosting, and our accounting and payment providers. We also share records with the police or other authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted or anonymised within twelve months. Resident records are kept for the length of your stay and for the period that accounting and tenancy laws require after you move out, after which they are deleted.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Contact@vaikuntum.in from the number or address we have on file.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; only advertising measurement is affected.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's and Meta's ad settings.

Children

Our accommodation is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian handling the booking.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Resident records are kept in access-controlled systems and are only available to branch managers and the accounts team who need them.
