Using this website

This website is published by Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living PG ("Vaikuntum", "we"). By using it you agree to these terms. The site describes our branches, rooms, prices and services so that you can enquire and book a bed; it does not create a tenancy on its own.

Prices and availability

• Prices shown are per person, per month, all-inclusive of meals, Wi-Fi, laundry, housekeeping and the amenities listed for that branch. They are correct on the date at the top of this page, and offer or launch prices apply for a limited time.
• Availability changes daily. A bed is confirmed only when the branch confirms it on WhatsApp and the one-time advance is received.
• We may correct errors on the site at any time. If a listed price was clearly wrong, we will tell you the correct price before you pay.

Booking, advance and rent

• Bookings are made on WhatsApp or in person with the branch. You must be 18 or older and provide a valid government photo ID at check-in.
• A one-time advance of ₹4,000 to ₹5,000, depending on the branch, holds your bed. How the advance is adjusted or returned when you leave is set out in the branch house rules that we share before you pay.
• Rent is payable monthly in advance by UPI, bank transfer or cash. Stays are monthly; there are no daily or weekly rates.
• The notice period for moving out, late-payment rules and any charges for damage are in the branch house rules, which form part of these terms once you check in.

House rules in brief

Every branch has written house rules that you accept at check-in. Across branches they cover: no smoking inside rooms, no illegal substances, respect for quiet hours, visitor timings and sign-in, keeping rooms and common areas clean, responsible use of the kitchen, gym, theatre and rooftop, and paying for damage you cause at cost. Serious or repeated breaches can end your stay with the notice stated in the house rules.

What we provide

We provide the furnished bed, meals on the published rotating menu, Wi-Fi, laundry, housekeeping and the amenities listed for your branch. Menus, amenity timings and service providers may change from time to time; we will tell residents in advance where we can.

Liability

• Residents are responsible for their own belongings. Use the lockable storage provided and tell the manager at once if anything is missing.
• We maintain the premises with care, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as utility outages, weather, or third-party services.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Content, photos and links

Text, photos and videos on this site belong to Vaikuntum unless stated and may not be reused without permission. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube open third-party services with their own terms.

Governing law and contact
