Ladies PG in Bommanahalli: women-only rooms, face-recognition entry, three minutes from the metro
At Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living, women share rooms only with other women, inside a building with face-recognition entry, CCTV on every floor and security staff around the clock. Every sharing type is open to women, from the ₹6,500 seven-share to a private single with its own bathroom.
Looking for a ladies PG in Bommanahalli? Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living keeps rooms single-gender: a women’s room has only women in it, and men are not allowed into women’s rooms at any time. The building runs on face-recognition entry, with CCTV across all floors and common areas and security staff on duty around the clock. Every sharing type is open to women at the same price list as men, from the ₹6,500 seven-share to a private single with its own bathroom, and one rent covers three meals a day, laundry, daily housekeeping and 1 Gbps Wi-Fi. Hongasandra Metro on the Yellow Line is about 250 metres away.
How rooms work for women here
Rooms are allotted by gender, not floors by gender, so the room is the unit that stays women-only. Any sharing type can be a women’s room: single, single XL with a TV, two-share, three-share (these three have attached bathrooms with hot water), and four- to seven-share with shared bathrooms. Each bed comes with a 10-inch spring mattress, a storage bed, a mattress protector, a bedsheet and pillow set, and a private cupboard that locks.
Housekeeping cleans daily and laundry is included, with ten washing machines in the building. There is a dedicated working zone and TV lounge on every floor, so you can work or unwind without leaving the floor.
Safety, in specifics
- Card and face-recognition access at the entrance; keys stay at the ground-floor key hanger.
- CCTV across all floors and common areas, and security staff 24/7.
- Men may not enter women’s rooms at any time. Entering another resident’s room is treated as a serious violation; repeat offences lead to eviction.
- Ragging, harassment or illegal activity means police action and eviction without refund.
- Visitors only with prior permission; parents may visit in the daytime; an unapproved overnight guest is a ₹1,000 fine.
- Quiet hours 10:30 pm to 6 am, no alcohol in the building, smoking only in the designated zone.
The published house rules set quiet hours rather than a curfew, and the entrance works on face recognition. Read the full house rules and penalties.

Questions people ask
Is Vaikuntum Elite a ladies PG or a co-ed PG?
Both men and women live in the building, but every room is single-gender: a women’s room has only women in it, and men may not enter women’s rooms at any time, for any reason. If you want a building with no men at all, this is not it. If you want women-only rooms inside a managed building with face-recognition entry, CCTV and 24/7 security, it is.
Is there a ladies PG near Bommanahalli metro station?
Yes. Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living is about 250 metres, a three-minute walk, from Hongasandra Metro Station on the Yellow Line, and Bommanahalli station is one stop away towards Silk Board. Women stay in women-only rooms with face-recognition entry, CCTV and security staff on duty around the clock; Central Silk Board is two stops away, BTM Layout three and Electronic City five.
What is the cheapest bed for women?
The Seven Share at ₹6,500 per month, everything included. Six Share is ₹7,000, Five Share ₹7,500 and Four Share ₹8,000. The Three Share at ₹10,000 has an attached bathroom, and the Two Share at ₹12,500 is the smallest room with a bath of its own.
Is there a curfew for women?
The published house rules set quiet hours from 10:30 pm to 6 am and do not set a gate-closing time; the entrance works on face recognition. Noise during quiet hours is fined, and visitors need prior permission at any hour.
Can my parents visit or stay over?
Parents may visit during the daytime with approval. An overnight guest stay is ₹500 a day with prior permission, and a guest who stays without approval is a ₹1,000 fine.
Do women pay the same rent as men?
Yes. There is one price list, per person per month, with meals, laundry, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, gym, theatre and lounges included. The one-time advance is ₹5,000 for single to three-share and ₹4,000 for four- to seven-share, there is no monthly deposit, and a ₹2,500 maintenance charge is paid when you vacate.
Can I cook my own food?
Yes, in the shared self-cooking kitchen, which has induction cooktops, microwaves and utensils, with fridges on every floor. Meals are served in the dining hall at 8–10 am, 1–2:30 pm and 8–10 pm, veg and non-veg. Cooking appliances are not allowed inside rooms.
Can two friends take a room together?
Yes. The Two Share is ₹12,500 each with an attached bathroom and the Three Share is ₹10,000 each. Message us on WhatsApp with your move-in date and we will confirm which women’s rooms are open.
How do I visit?
