At Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living, everything in the room is brand new: the building opened in October 2026 with premium 10-inch spring mattresses, premium storage beds, private individual cupboards that lock, mattress protectors and a bedsheet and pillow set on every bed. Many rooms have headboard shelves, and the full-height windows give the three-, four- and five-share rooms a skyline view. The single XL has an extra-large bed and a TV, the couple room has extra-large beds, a TV and an attached bath, and the two-share rooms are laptop-friendly. You arrive with clothes and a laptop, not furniture. Hongasandra Metro on the Yellow Line is about 250 metres away.
What comes with the bed, room by room
Every room type gets the same bed package: a premium 10-inch spring mattress, a premium storage bed, a private individual cupboard, a mattress protector and a bedsheet and pillow set. The room types differ in how many beds share the room and whether the bathroom is attached: the single (₹25,000) and single XL with TV (₹27,000) are private rooms with private bathrooms; the two-share (₹12,500), the couple room with extra-large beds and TV (₹15,000 per person) and the three-share (₹10,000) have attached bathrooms; the four-share (₹8,000), five-share (₹7,500), six-share (₹7,000) and seven-share (₹6,500) use shared bathrooms. Every price includes three meals a day, laundry, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping and power backup.
Outside the room there is a TV lounge and a dedicated working zone on every floor, furnished common areas, fridges and RO drinking water on every floor, and a shared self-cooking kitchen with induction cooktops, microwaves and utensils, which is why appliances and furniture of your own are not needed. The rules keep the rooms as furnished as you found them: luggage stays in the storage area, high-power appliances stay out of rooms, and damage is charged at full recovery cost, with fixed fines for a mat (₹250), a washroom mirror (₹400) and a wardrobe mirror (₹1,000).

Do I need to buy anything for the room?
No. Pack clothes, a towel, chargers and medicines. Fridges and RO water are on every floor, the shared kitchen has induction cooktops, microwaves and utensils, 1 Gbps Wi-Fi is on, and laundry runs on the building’s ten washing machines.
Which rooms have a TV?
The single XL has an extra-large bed and a TV, and the couple room (Two Share XL) has extra-large beds, a TV and an attached bath. Every floor also has a TV lounge, and there is a 4K projector theatre and a PS4 lounge.
Are the rooms new?
Yes. Vaikuntum Elite Co-Living opened in October 2026 on the 4th to 6th floors of ARR Almas Tower, and the mattresses, beds, cupboards and bathrooms are all new.
Can I bring my own furniture, fridge or appliances?
There is no need, and the rules are strict on appliances: irons, induction stoves, kettles and heaters are prohibited in rooms (₹1,000 fine plus confiscation). Luggage must stay in the storage area, and rooms are to be kept neat for daily housekeeping.
Which room is best for working from the room?
